The Komet is the perfect match for your living room as well as on the stage. It is light (1,8 KG) and well balanced. The scale length of 24,5" makes it play really smooth.
Due to its small body it is much less prone to microphonic feedback than other, bigger Archtop Guitars, played through an amp.
The laminated tops are made out of three plies of quarter sawn alpine spruce, laminated in a way so they are similar in their properties to hand carved spruce tops for the best acoustic performance possible. Not to confuse with cheap plywood tops.
